After scoring his first senior goal against Bray Wanderers last week, Eoin Kenny added another to his tally at Wexford in their 3-0 win over Avondale United in the FAI Cup on Friday night.
The Lilywhites striker is on loan at the First Division outfit and Stephen O’Donnell said he was thrilled at the start Kenny has made in the south east.
“It’s brilliant,” said O’Donnell. “To score your first senior goal is a huge moment and one that Eoin will always remember.

“He’s off and running now. He’s had three appearances off the bench and he has two goals which is a very good record and now he can build on that.
“The big thing for Eoin now is getting first-team experience every Friday night getting himself up to a point mentally and physically where he is at his best.
“It’s all about experience and learning as you go so he’ll get huge benefits from the loan spell.”
