INTERVIEW REQUESTS
- Media and interview requests must always be received by the club, in writing. Dundalk FC coaching staff or players should not be contacted directly without authorisation from the club’s communications department. Coaching staff and players have been instructed to refer all interview requests to the communications department.
- When requesting interviews, media must notify Dundalk FC what outlet they are representing, what the general focus/purpose of the interview is, as well as notification of any audio or video to be taken. Ultimately, any interview request will be at the discretion of the Dundalk FC communications department, and the respective player or coaching staff member.
- Media are urged to give the club’s communications department ample time to coordinate the interview. All proposed one-on-one interviews should be submitted within at least 24 hours of the intended time.

POST-MATCH INTERVIEWS
- A post-match press conference will be held after every game with a member of the coaching staff and selected players of Dundalk FC. Please note that some post-match press conferences may be held remotely.
MATCHDAY ACCREDITATION
- All journalists and photographers require valid accreditation for fixtures at Oriel Park, applied for on a match-by-match basis.
- Requests may be submitted by email to press@dundalkfc.com no later than 48 hours before the fixture itself. Accreditation requests received after this will not be accepted.
- The request should detail who will be attending, their matchday role and the publication in which any report is intended to appear.
- All journalists and photographers must be in possession of a valid 2021 FAI Media Pass provided by the Football Association of Ireland.
- The club may request proof of credentials, particularly from freelancers or newly established media organisations/outlets.
- The club reserves the right to refuse requests for accreditation that arrives after the deadline or don’t fulfil the relevant criteria.
- If your application for accreditation is approved you will typically receive a confirmation email. To pick up your match-by-match pass, present this confirmation, together with proof of your identity, at the media entrance to the ground which is located in the main stand at Oriel Park.
PARKING
- Please note, we have no parking facilities for the media at Oriel Park.
MEDIA UPDATES
To keep updated on all the latest goings-on at Oriel Park, media personnel can be added to the club’s press distribution list. Emails are sent out notifying the media of player events, pre-match press conferences and transfers. To be added to this list please send your details to press@dundalkfc.com
