The children loved asking the players questions, getting photos with them and getting their autographs.
Football for All Blitz
In conjunction with our community partners PayPal and the FAI, Dundalk FC held a Football for All Blitz in Oriel Park in September. We had six teams from Adult Day Service participating. It was a great morning and even the sun came out for us!
Launch of the ADC
In September, we launched our Audio Descriptive Commentary for the last three remaining home games at Oriel Park for people who are visually impaired. This is run by a group of ADC specialist volunteers who give audio descriptive commentary through an earpiece to the listener within the ground.
RehabCare Bucket Collection
A group of Dundalk FC volunteers held a bucket collection for RehabCare at the home game against Bohemians where they raised €660.50.
Rock Celtic & Quay Celtic U10 Girls
We welcomed Rock Celtic Under-10 Girls to Oriel Park to be our flag bearers at the start of our match against Bohemians. Rock Celtic Under-10 Girls then played against Quay Celtic Under-10 Girls at half-time where we saw a great display of football and goals.
