We have a number of special guests and presentations at this evening’s match with Bohemians at Oriel Park.

Before the game, RehabCare Dundalk will hold a collection outside the ground. We ask all of our supporters to give generously where possible.

As part of the club’s introduction of Audio Descriptive Commentary (ADC), Vision Ireland will have a fully-equipped van stationed in the car park at the front of Oriel Park where supporters can check out the latest technology on offer.

About 20 minutes before kickoff, Dundalk FC commercial manager Nita Whelan will present a gift of appreciation to our match ball sponsor Senator Windows.

This will be followed by a special presentation to Noah Media’s Rich Milway who is in town for the screening of ‘One-Armed Wonder: The Extraordinary Story of Jimmy Hasty’ at the Louth International Film Festival at An Tain Arts Centre on Saturday at 12.35pm.

The documentary won an Emmy award, which Rich, along with producer Chris Peilow, will have on display at Oriel Park on Friday night.

The Rock Celtic U10 girls‘ team will act as flag bearers when the teams come out and will also take part in our HT Mini Games alongside their Quay Celtic counterparts.

Match sponsors Certn, along with RehabCare Dundalk’s Harry Matthews, who prompted the club to introduce Audio Descriptive Commentary (ADC) will be presented with gifts of appreciation at half time.

Last but not least, we will then introduce our very special guest, local athlete Kate O’Connor, from St Gerard’s AC, who became the first woman to represent Ireland in the heptathlon event at the recent Olympic Games in Paris.

Kickoff at Oriel Park is at 7.45pm.
